During a conversation with a Porsche service department in 2023, the previous owner learned about bore scoring. Being a pilot and owning 3 planes of his own, he prefers to limit his chances when it comes to mechanical issues.
In 2023 he had his engine upgraded by LN Engineering to a 4.0L with Nickies Sleeves. With the engine being rebuilt, LNE's IMS solution kit was installed as well. If an amazing spec, Bulletproof 997.1 is what you are after, look no further.

The 6 SPEED MANUAL Transmission shifts flawlessly and the 4.0L 6 cylinder engine offers plenty of power when called upon.
